The Kettlebell

The Kettlebell comes originally from Russia. the kettlebell is also known as “ The Total Workout”!

Through the enormous intensity of a kettlebell training , it becomes possible to train strength, flexibility, core stability, and cardio ALL at once!!!
The excersises are simple to learn en have a lot of variety.
Kettlebell training is a high intensive training that has a huge positive impact on the body such as losing weight, getting stronger , fitter and building better stamina.

Because you can train on your own level Kettlebell training is a really good workout for everybody, young, old, small or big, trained or not.
